Class C wheel and tire upgrades
Rickson Truck Wheels, Baltimore, Md., presents its 17.5-inch commercial-duty wheel and tire upgrade for C-Class motorhomes that are built on the Ford E-Series and GM G-Series cutaway chassis. Rickson's 17.5- x 6.75-inch wheels have a 3750 pound weight rating and the commercially available 215/75R17.5 radial tires have a 14 ply rating (load range G) and have full steel sidewalls. They're rated at 3750 pounds on the front (single) axle and 3530 pounds on the rear (dual) axle while the tire is approximately the same diameter as the OEM tires. A complete set includes wheels and tires, including solid brass valves, solid valve extensions, and Rickson's Match Mounting and balancing, which it guarantees will result in a vibration-free ride. Hub covers and full wheel simulators are available as trim options.
