ADP Lightspeed integrated major enhancements to its LightspeedNXT dealer management system, such as Web store functionality, multi-store capabilities, electronic pricebooks and bar code purchase order receiving.
Accounting department enhancements allow dealers to print accounting schedule reports with details supporting their general ledger balance.
One exciting addition is the partnering of ADP Employer Services with LightspeedNXT. "Our partnership will free dealers from administrative burdens such as tax filing and compliance, new-hire reporting, wage garnishments, unemployment compensation management and many other high-risk, low-reward duties that distract dealers from focusing on running a great business," said Laurn Rice, vice president of sales.
With multi-store capabilities LightspeedNXT, allows users to view parts inventory at another store and easily transfers those parts as needed.
Pricing information is upgraded immediately over the Internet. Users can receive parts using a bar code gun, and the system can create special order or stocking labels.
